About the first meeting.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing. If you happen to have your current policy documents or KiwiSaver statement to hand it's helpful, but it's genuinely not required for a first chat.
Will I get a sales pitch?
No. The first meeting is a conversation. If we both think it's worth going further, we'll set a longer follow-up to look at the detail. If not, that's also a fine outcome.
Is the chat really free?
Yes. Always. If we end up arranging cover, the insurer pays our commission. If we end up advising on KiwiSaver or investments, the provider pays us a small disclosed ongoing fee. Either way, you don't see an invoice.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely. Our office is at Level 1, Unit 16, 211 Ferry Road, Christchurch, off-street parking and a kettle. Phone and video meetings are equally welcome.
