We turn what if into a plan you can live with.

A small Canterbury team helping families and businesses sort the cover that actually matters, and a safe pair of hands when it's time to claim.

Our biggest difference · Claim time

When the worst happens, we're the ones on the phone with the insurer. Not you.

Plenty of advisers will sell you a policy. Far fewer will sit beside you when it's time to claim. We chase the paperwork, ring the underwriters, and stay in it until you're paid. That's the part that actually matters.

What clients say

Most of our work comes from a referral. This is why.

"Matt and the team walked us through everything in plain English. When my husband was diagnosed two years later, Moneta managed the entire claim. We didn't have to fight for anything."

"Ben took the time to actually understand our business before recommending cover. No pressure, no upsell, just genuinely useful advice. Rare in this industry."

Common questions

The things people usually ask first.

How much does an initial chat cost?

Nothing. The first 15-minute call is a chance for both of us to work out whether we're a good fit. If we go further and end up arranging cover, the insurer pays our commission, you don't.

Are you tied to a particular insurer?

No. We're independently owned and write with a range of New Zealand's most-trusted insurers. We recommend what fits your situation, not what suits ours.

What happens if I have to make a claim?

You ring us. We do the paperwork, talk to the insurer, and stay involved until it's paid. That's the part of our job we take most seriously, see how we handle claims.

I've already got cover, can you check it?

Absolutely. A lot of our work is reviewing existing policies that were set up years ago and never revisited. We'll tell you straight whether what you've got is still doing the job.

How do you charge for KiwiSaver and investment advice?

For KiwiSaver, the provider pays us a small ongoing fee from the fund, transparent and disclosed up front. For other investments, we'll explain the cost in plain numbers before you agree to anything.

Ready when you are

Fifteen minutes is usually all it takes to know if we're a fit.

No jargon, no pitch. We'll listen, ask a few honest questions, and tell you whether it makes sense to keep talking.
